Title: Finish Line
Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us… – Hebrews 12:1c
The Indy 500 came back around this year, and it was a great one. Not for wrecks or action. But for the paths the drivers took to compete and the strides they made to get the desired result. 2021 winner Helio Castroneves was set aside from his traditional racing team as he was deemed “not worthy” of a top team. He had hit his ceiling. Well, his goal was to work hard and win. It was also a team goal.
Another win in his books—no matter what team we are on. Our goal needs to be the same. Get each other to the finish line that is God’s Kingdom so that we may enjoy eternity with each other in celebration.
