Title: Stand for the right thing
Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. – 1 Corinthians 15:58
What profound truths or convictions do you stand for? When St. Paul wrote to the church in Corinth, he wanted them to stand firm for things that were worth it. For many, it probably meant they sacrificed their lives in response to this simple admonishment.
Standing was equivalent to sacrifice. It meant they would lose things to gain what God had in store.
Are you standing for the right things? The things that matter? The things that inspire? The things that are worthy of a great story?
Real men stand firm.
