Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. – Matthew 10:32
Independence Day, in the US, we take this day to celebrate the birth of a nation, and more broadly, the gift of freedom and liberty that Americans hold dear. It would be easy to say that American freedom is a direct reflection of the freedom described in the Bible. Therefore, we must live as free people, not using our freedom as a cover-up for evil but living as servants of God.
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom – 2 Corinthians 3:17
