Title: Sacrificing dreams
Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. – Matthew 10:32
In 1990 I dropped out of college to help raise our firstborn. It was a difficult decision, as I was the first to go to college. I knew it would be the first of many sacrifices made to help raise a family. It was worth it; our kids all call Jesus Lord. When I became a Christian, I knew the path I had to follow was going to be difficult, but the reward was instantaneous as I now had Jesus and He was declaring my existence to the Father. I knew the sacrifices I made to become a follower came with a price, but man what a feeling it is to know God now counts me as one of His sons.
Real Men aren’t afraid to sacrifice themselves.
