Title: No shortcuts
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. – Colossians 3:23
Who doesn’t like shortcuts? Just like the physical universe, we tend to follow the path of least resistance. This can lead to incomplete projects and downright laziness. We need to man up and get work done.
You might think your job is unimportant or uninteresting. Perhaps you don’t get along with your management. We need to get beyond those things to build bridges and invest in our workplace.
Working hard pays off. God is honored in the process, and he rains down blessings upon us for our faithfulness. Investing in relationships and work isn’t easy, but it’s necessary to lead people to Jesus.
How are your relationships with your coworkers or employees? How do people view your work habits at your job? Is God glorified there?
Real Men Invest.
